About The Big Deal Guys

We drive the real truck. We build the real stuff. We tell the real stories.

We work, draw, build, dream, play and do ministry at The Big Deal. God has blessed us with a creative outlook, some jack-of all-trades skills, some serious tools, and a passion to tell people about a relationship with God.

WE GO:

Several times a year we actually load up the truck, tool boxes, safety goggles and show up in local neighborhoods, backlots and open fields. We launch rockets, moonpies, shoot people out of canons, even let families build a contraption or two that sometimes works. Some contraptions do things that may seem worthless first glance , the idea is for families to build something together; there’s the worth. Our contraptions are like relationships, this thing bumps into that thing, sending some other thing flying that tips and turn and rolls, even spins into place, causing chaos, clatter, consternation and somewhat of a lesson and resolve. Welcome to family.

WE STAY:

Every now and then we invite folks over to our place for a short training session or two on how it is we do all these things. Training in Storyrealing, storytelling, storyboarding, designing and building props that work and WOW. The list goes on and on.. take a look at a typical Olio.

The point is simple. There is a story out there, a real true story and somebody needs to tell it, build it, make it come to life. We have this saying:

“Building contraptions that hold families together.”
